Yoga by the Lake

The Mindfulness Summer Series is BACK!

Tuesdays at 6:30 PM (or come at 6pm for a guided meditation!)

Location: Grassy area just south of Theater on the Lake, near Fullerton Beach (look for my sign that says Yoga Class Here)

Start the week with a 60-minute Energy Healing Hatha yoga flow that will rejuvenate the body, realign your energy, and reconnect you to your radiance.

We’ll move through a healing sequence designed to open your body and energize your whole system, layered with intention, mindfulness, and rejuvenation.

As a certified Pranic Energy Healer, I’ll also offer a mini energy healing experience at the end (for anyone who wants to stay), plus I’ll have my tarot deck with me if you're feeling curious or called.

✨ What to Expect:– 60-minute yoga flow that integrates energy work + chakra alignment– A grounded, welcoming vibe for all levels– Optional post-class energy healing + tarot pull– Nature, community, and soul-aligned connection

💫 Want to ground before we flow? Come early at 6pm for a guided meditation circle to calm your nervous system and drop into presence.

🧘 What to Bring:– A yoga mat– Water– A towel or cozy layer for savasana
