Join Maz, our dedicated and experienced yoga teacher who will help you to reset and recharge in this yoga experience. The morning will start with a hot drink and an energy ball on arrival, followed by a meditation session to ground you ready for your uplifting immersive, energising yoga flow yoga practice. After the class, we all gather for a healthy, nutritious brunch to refuel and chat with fellow yogis. Bring your own yoga mat/towel and water bottle.
