Join me in Wednesday Hatha Yoga for Beginners Class, at Elgar Centre, Upton, NN5 4EN, from 6.30pm till 7.30pm!
It is a slower-paced class and geared towards those who are new to yoga or preferring a slightly gentler class. We will use yoga props and modified postures to stretch and soften your body and calm your mind.
In the end of the class your body will feel lighter and your mind - more at one with the world!
As the result of the practice you will have a better night sleep, an ease with hip arthritis and lower back issuers, shoulder tightness release and other benefits!
The class is £8.00 per a session
