Welcome to The Intuitive Exchange!

This event and experience is a wellness gathering designed to bring together movement, sound, healing practices and community connection. The experience is restorative and welcoming. We will practice Vinyasa yoga (breath to movement), WimHof breath technique, following a short soundbath; fostering calmness, reflection, and connection.

Come as you are- bring your open mind, a yoga mat, water, and a pillow or blanket for comfort. Restrooms available, free parking.
