…Gentle Yoga this ain't!
Perhaps you're reasonably fit but new to yoga. Or perhaps you have been practicing yoga for a while but want to improve your general fitness... and nail that chaturanga.
This class is for you.
We will work on improving strength and core stability through a combination of yoga poses and resistance training exercises, with a bit of cardio thrown in for fun.
You will love the added strength and vitality this class will give you. It provides a good workout, but there will be variations offered so you can work at your own pace.
This is a six-week course, starting Tuesday 5th November at a purpose-built studio in the Queens Park area, at Bournemouth School for Girls.
The cost is £60 for the six-week course.
The dates are Tuesdays:
November 5, 12, 19, 26, and December 3 and 10.
Get fit in time for Christmas and shake off the winter blues...
