Join us for a nourishing and insightful 3 hour book club gathering centered around Light on Life: The Yoga Journey to Wholeness, Inner Peace and Ultimate Freedom by B.K.S. Iyengar. Taking place on June 19th from 6pm to 9pm, this special evening weaves together practice, reflection, and meaningful conversation to explore how the teachings of yoga can enhance our everyday lives.
We will begin with a breathwork practice to settle the nervous system and invite presence, followed by an asana flow inspired by Iyengar’s principles of alignment, awareness, and stability. From there, you’ll be guided into a grounding meditation, creating space to absorb the deeper layers of the practice.
The final portion of our time together will be devoted to mindful discussion of Light on Life, offering an opportunity to share insights, reflections, and personal experiences. Together, we’ll explore how the wisdom of yoga extends beyond the mat into our relationships, routines, and inner landscape.
This gathering is open to all levels and is perfect for anyone curious about deepening their understanding of yoga as a path of self-inquiry and daily living. Come as you are, and leave feeling inspired, connected, and supported in bringing your practice to life.
