I love Yoga ��And I also love teaching Yoga - I get so much joy when I can see my students really got some thing from a class - many things that they will take into their own lives and make their day-to-day living filled with more JOY.
In a normal yoga class we don't always have the space or time to delve a little bit deeper into our practice and tricky asanas, bandas, pranayama, and the theory behind.
Join me on a 4 week journey a little deeper into the wonderful world of yoga. What is Yoga? Refine and deepen your own yoga practice and knowledge.
This course isn't just for absolute beginners (but they are very welcome and will get a wonderful grounding for their yoga practise) but any one seeking more Yoga knowledge.
We will be at our stunning garden studio in between Hout Bay and Llandudno Tuesday evenings 6-7:15pm on 2, 9, 16 and 23 September ���
