Every child carries a world of magic inside them — and so do grown-ups.
At Yoga Bears, we invite families to come together for a playful journey through movement, breathwork, and imagination. With our beloved teddy bear companions and the magic of the energy centres, emotional wellbeing becomes a shared adventure for all ages.
Each bear carries its own Superpower 🌈
Through gentle yoga, mindfulness and storytelling, families will explore how to:
• Feel safe, grounded and happy
• Spark creativity and self-expression
• Build strength and confidence
• Open the heart to kindness and connection
• Speak honestly and kindly
• Dream big and believe in possibility

This is a nurturing space where big feelings become big strengths — for children and parents. You’ll leave feeling more connected, calm and uplifted, with simple tools to support emotional resilience at home.
