The Art of Sustainable Vase Arranging with Bloomery

We’re so excited to be hosting a sustainable vase arrangement class at The Edge Deli!

We've teamed up with the amaizng Bloomery team to bring you a fun, relaxed, and creative workshop, where you’ll make a beautiful vase arrangement to take home! No experience is needed — just a love of flowers and a little curiosity. We’ll be working with lovely seasonal blooms, using locally grown flowers whenever possible, and I’ll guide you through each step so you feel confident and inspired. All materials and equipment are provided, and you’ll leave with your very own finished arrangement to enjoy.

What to expect

We’ll start with a short chat about caring for your flowers, simple design tips for your arrangement, and advice on choosing flowers and vases.

Then, step by step, you’ll create a sustainable vase arrangement using chicken wire to support and showcase your blooms in a pretty glass vase.

From May to October, we use beautiful seasonal flowers supplied by local growers, and outside these months, we’ll use blooms from the Dutch auction. You’ll have plenty of flowers and textured greenery to work with, helping each bloom shine.

Your finished arrangement is yours to take home — along with the vase, chicken wire, and all the know-how to create more arrangements at home.
