Join Wildwood Yoga for a yoga workshop! This will be an all levels class with an emphasis on the basics of yoga. We'll learn about the purpose of yoga, benefits, and philosophy. We'll explore our breath and some fundamental poses. There will time for Q & A as well.
Wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one; we have extras if not.
