About Yoga Ballet Fusion:Immerse yourself in a unique fusion of the grace of ballet and the mindfulness of yoga, syncing music with breath and movements.
Each workshop starts with Pranayama focusing on breathing, then both a floor and classical ballet warm-up. You'll dance three choreographed yoga sequences awakening your inner dancer and discovering your inner beauty, and end with a relaxing savasana.

Building on the theme of last Fall - The Desert - we transition from the wide-open deserts of fall into the stillness of winter, arriving at the oasis—a place of quiet renewal.
This winter season is about finding water in our own desert. Exploring the enigma within ourself. Finding moments of clarity and strength in the middle of life’s mysteries.
Just as an oasis appears unexpectedly within a desert, moments of calm and insight emerge when we allow ourselves to rest in the unknown.
I'm looking forward to unraveling the enigmas of the season together, finding renewal and clarity in the oasis within.
