📅 Sunday: Flow & Grow (Beginner-Friendly) – Ready to add a little more? This class moves with breath and intention, incorporating gentle chaturangas and a slightly faster pace, with plenty of options for all levels.
Guided by Sharon MacGregor, a leader in wellness and founder of the 26-acre Serenity Farm retreat center, these classes are more than just yoga—they’re an invitation to connect with yourself and others.
Sharon often welcomes guest teachers from the local yoga community, offering a diverse and enriching experience for all who join. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, expect a warm, welcoming practice that nurtures both body and spirit.
