Yoga at Williamsburg Botanical Garden

Lisa Cleckley, a certified yoga teacher, will be your guide through a gentle yoga practice for all. The Garden boasts benches for chair yoga and a brick patio for those wishing to practice on the ground. Join us in the heart of nature, where every pose is a tribute to the beauty that surrounds us.

Must be 18 years or older to attend.

There will be no class if it is raining.

Please bring with you:

Yoga Mat, Water, Towel, bug spray and wear comfortable loose fitting clothing.

This program is free but participants must register. Group size is limited to 20.
