Experience yoga outdoors, with Marilyn a certified yoga instructor. You will be surrounded by the beauty of Los Flores Ranch Park while on a moderate 4-mile hike. Yoga will be the focus along the trail as you energize the body, relieve tightness, and strengthen major hiking muscles. Please bring water, and packable mat. Meet at the Visitors Center
