Yoga at the Plaza is community driven, donation based yoga that takes place in beautiful Argenta! We gather every Wednesday from 6-7 pm on the Plaza stage for an all levels yoga class class taught by Shontel, Susanna, Ann and guest appearances from teachers in the community!Here, props are provided for support, but please bring your own mat and water. Additionally, we may post about what props we will use each week. If you have access to those, we ask that you bring them so we have enough for everyone.
We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes early to sign a waiver and settle in. You are encouraged to park in the visitors center parking across the street for free.
Donations are encouraged and all funds are re-invested back into Dogtown Yoga to provide a safe and more fulfilling practice.
