The Long Island Women’s Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us for Yoga at the Park—an evening to breathe, stretch, recharge, and connect with an amazing community of women.
Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, all levels are welcome! Bring your mat or towel and enjoy movement, mindfulness, meaningful conversations, and a beautiful outdoor setting.
Three Thursday Evenings:
August 20 – Sunken Meadow Park (Kings Park) Field 4
August 27 – Shepherd’s Gate (Brentwood)
September 3 – Heckscher State Park (East Islip)
