Join us for yoga every Tuesday evening with Kara. Open to our Lodge Guests and the community- please make a donation to the instructor. Bring your mat, water bottle and your smile!
Please park at the North end of the property- past the guest cabins by the wooden fence and meet in the Pavilion area on the West side of the property.
Enjoy happy hour pricing on Colorado crafted beers, wines and spirits afterwards.
KARA'S BIO: Kara is a certified yoga teacher who has been teaching since 2017. She enjoys guiding people of all levels of experience into a meaningful yoga practice. In addition to yoga, she leads meditations and retreats, and offers healing work with Dancing Goose Therapeutics. She enjoys hiking, gardening, and writing, and is working on staying on her bike up the Manitou hills.
