Yoga at the Lake - Apple Valley, MN

Rise and Shine with a 60-minute gentle yoga stretch flow for all levels, from beginners to yoga enthusiasts. Join us by the water for a donation-based class (suggested $10-$20). Your contributions are greatly appreciated; pay what feels best for you. If you cannot contribute financially, no problem—everyone is welcome regardless of ability to pay. Thank you!

When? The class is from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on the following dates. Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up.

* Friday, June 28

Please note that I have a schedule conflict on Friday, June 7, with a private workshop I’m giving, so we will practice on Saturday, June 8th, instead of that week. Keep an eye out—based on demand, we might add more dates during the summer and fall!

Where? Cobblestone Lake. Look for us near the Cobblestone Lake Picnic Shelter/Pavilion—follow the sidewalk to the lake to find a little pavilion right on the waterfront. 15591 Cobblestone Lake Parkway, Apple Valley, MN 55124

What to Bring: Ensure your comfort and enhance your yoga experience by bringing along a few essentials:

* Yoga Mat: For your practice.
* Water: Stay hydrated throughout the session.
* Sunglasses (optional): Protect your eyes and enjoy the serene views.
* Extra Mat or Blanket: We recommend this for additional cushioning, as we'll be practicing on the concrete near the beautiful lakeside.
