Rise and Shine with Gentle Lakeside Yoga! 🌞🧘♀️
Join us for a 45-minute gentle lakeside yoga flow suitable for all levels. Enjoy the serene waterside setting while you stretch and relax. This is a donation-based class (suggested $10-$20 per person), so pay what feels best for you. Your contributions are greatly appreciated!
📅 When? Friday's from June -August from 9:15-10:00 AM (weather permitting).
📍 Where? Cobblestone Lake, Apple Valley, MN
IMPORTANT DIRECTIONS TO READ: Park near the large Cobblestone Lake Picnic Shelter/Pavilion. The parking lot is shared with a senior apartment complex across the road from 3 Dog Bakery and Fantastic Sams (near Target). Some people use the Three Dog Bakery address for GPS since the lake address can be challenging.
You won't be able to see the yoga spot from the parking lot, but you'll find us as you walk on the paved sidewalk toward the picnic shelter and down to the lake. Follow the sidewalk to the lake to find a spot on the waterfront. As you walk down to the lake, you will pass the restrooms, a large picnic shelter and outdoor exercise equipment. It's just a 2-3 minute walk. Come earlier if this is your first time finding our beautiful spot.

🌦 Weather Watch: For updates, including weather cancellations, join our Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/MindfulHealthwithLori. We'll postpone for storms, rain, wet ground, or cold snaps. This event will also be updated, and an email will be sent via Eventbrite.
🧘♂️ Bring Along: Your yoga mat, water, and sunglasses for comfort. A second mat or blanket is recommended for extra cushioning. Most of the space is flat on concrete, with a grassy area available as well. Invite your friends to come along!
🌞Terms and Conditions: By registering for this class, you agree to the following: I, the undersigned parent/guardian or participant, agree to allow the individual(s) named in this registration to participate in yoga classes. I also agree to indemnify and hold Lori Kampa Kearney, Mindful Health, Lori Kampa LLC, any substitute yoga teachers for Lori, and the class location harmless from any liability for injury arising from participation in this activity.
We periodically take photos during classes for promotional materials. Please inform us if you or your family members do not wish to be photographed or have photos published.

You don't need to show your ticket from Eventbrite when you come, but let us know you signed up so we can check you in. Then you don't have to sign any paperwork when arriving. If you didn't sign up, feel free to show up anyway and sign the waiver before class.
