As the sun starts to set and the leaves crunch underfoot, elementary-aged yogis and their grown-ups are invited to a lively fall-themed yoga journey full of movement, laughter, and seasonal magic.
We’ll leap like foxes through leaf piles, balance like pumpkins on a fence, and flow like the autumn wind across the mat. Each pose is a playful invitation to explore, connect, and celebrate the cozy joy of October together.
It’s a school-free Thursday—perfect for a golden-hour adventure at the Farm Stand!
