Grab a yoga buddy and head to the Civic Center for yoga ... our evening yoga class returns in September!
This class is open to beginners and offers an all levels yoga experience and led by Michelle Pugh. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and any additional yoga props for added comfort. We have some additional yoga mats for use during class. All levels of experience welcome and modifications are offered throughout the class. We lock the front door to the Civic Center at 6:00 p.m. Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class start time.
Registration for all parks and recreation programs can be completed online at register.capturepoint.com/CityofShelton.

Summer Yoga Session 2025
September 3, 10, 17 and 24
Classes to be held on Wednesdays from 6 to 7 pm
Location: City of Shelton Civic Center, Shelton, WA
Cost: $60.00 per person per class for the 4 class Summer session. Please pre-register for the full session or pay monthly on the City of Shelton Parks and Recreation website. 8 people minimum pre-registered by September to hold the session. Drop-ins are welcome after 8 people have pre-registered.

Fall Yoga Session 2025
Classes to be held on Wednesdays from 6 to 7 pm
Dates: October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 & November 12, 19, 26
Cost: $120.00 per person for the full session. $15.00 per person for a drop-in class after 9 people have pre-registered for the full session.
No classes in December
Winter Yoga Session 2026
Classes to be held on Wednesdays from 6 to 7 pm
Dates: January 7, 14, 21, 28 & February 4, 11, 18, 25
Cost: $120.00 per person for the full session. $15.00 per person for a drop-in class after 9 people have pre-registered for the full session.
