Yoga at the Bookstore w/ Anna

Join us for an afternoon of yoga at the bookstore! Anna Williamson is leading an cccessible yoga practice that is approachable, not intimidating, and open to those with no prior knowledge of yoga. Connect to yourself in this safe space and see what comes from moving your body in a way that feels good.

About the host:

Anna Williamson is a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. She has been facilitating yoga classes in the Elk Grove area for 8 years. She is actively involved in the LGBTQ+ community as a volunteer for Free Mom Hugs and is a long time customer at ASATT Books. Her approach to yoga is inclusivity. She desires to make yoga accessible to anybody. Yoga is a practice of unifying the body and the breath and the mind. With creativity, adaptations, and exploration it is possible for anyone to participate in the practice. Anna is an Elk Grove resident and is a mom of 4 humans and 2 fur babies. In her free time she loves to read, knit, and paint.
