Having recently completed a 200 hour Yoga teacher training course in Kerala, Eddie shares this knowledge along with his 7 years of experience practising yoga locally.
Our Rok Skool classes are inclusive and open to everybody. Expect slower, purposeful movements with a thoughtful and varied flow each week.
