**There is limited space in the studio and limited mats and props. Because of this, we're asking all folks who plan to come to register so that we know how many people to expect. The class is free.
We know it's been an exhausting and uncertain time for our community. This yoga class is an opportunity to breathe, calm your nervous system, and move your body. We'll begin with optional breathing exercises and gentle warm-ups, then move slowly through poses held for a few breaths, with variations offered throughout. Options to practice on the floor or in a chair will be offered. All bodies, identities, and abilities are welcome. Come exactly as you are.
