Enjoy outdoor yoga overlooking Lake Michigan for six weeks as we bring our Waves Yoga Studio experience to Neshotah Beach. Fresh air, the sound of waves, and some really good views while you move and breathe.• Tuesdays at 5:30 PM
• Fridays at 6:00 AM
• Sundays at 9:00 AM
It’s your chance to slow down, step out of your routine, and feel your best this summer.
• Use your current Waves package or $25 drop-in
• Bring your own mat (solid ground, no sand!)
