Start your mornings and unwind your evenings with outdoor yoga overlooking Lake Michigan. For six weeks, we’re bringing our signature Waves Yoga Studio experience to Neshotah Beach—a peaceful, open-air setting with stunning lake views.
• Sundays at 9:00 AM
• Tuesdays at 5:30 PM
• Fridays at 6:00 AM
Whether you're an early riser or prefer an evening reset, these classes are designed to help you move, breathe, and feel your best in the heart of summer.
