Yoga at MRL is a free class open to individuals of all experience levels. Join us for this gentle yoga class led by Tre in the tranquil Bard Room at Morrisson-Reeves Library.The class is a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all participants. You can expect to work on basic yoga poses, breathing techniques, and gentle stretches. Each session will end with a guided meditation to leave you feeling centered and calm.
Each session is led by Tre, a yoga instructor with years of experience. He will be there to guide and assist you throughout the class, making sure that each participant feels comfortable and confident in their practice.
