Hanover Creates Gallery (HCG) invites you to find your center each month with beginner friendly yoga sessions in the gallery.

We believe in making wellness accessible. A $10 suggested donation is requested at the door to support the instructor and HCG's programming. Your generosity helps us continue to bring unique community events like this to life.
What to Bring:
To ensure a comfortable and productive session, participants are kindly asked to bring the following:
- A yoga or exercise mat
- Water or a reusable water bottle
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of motion.
Come stretch, breathe, and connect with your community in the beautiful setting of the Hanover Creates Gallery! All levels of experience are welcome.
