Event Description:
Our 'Inner Fire Flow' yoga class is a grounding, heart-centered yoga practice designed to awaken your inner fire- the quiet strength and steady light that lives within. Through gentle vinyasa sequences, deep stretches, and mindful breathwork, you’ll find warmth, balance, and connection as the seasons shift.
This class is offered through Overflow Yoga at the Hannah Community Center. Feel free to connect with us!
