This all-levels class welcomes practitioners of every experience - from beginners to seasoned yogis. TreeTop Yoga creates an inclusive environment celebrating different styles and modifications based on individual needs.
Rain or shine: Outdoor practice on castle grounds, or indoors in the spectacular Great Hall if weather requires.
Bring: Yoga mat, towel, water, sunscreen, comfortable clothing.
