Join us for a beginner-friendly, all-levels yoga class designed to support everyone—whether you're brand new or returning to the mat. Each class will include a blend of breathwork, meditation, and accessible movement (asana).
🗓️ Class Schedule:
• Second Thursday of the month | 10:30–11:30 AM
• Fourth Tuesday of the month | 5:30–6:30 PM
🧘‍♀️ What to Bring:
Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you like to use. A few mats will be available to borrow if needed.
📍 Space is limited to 8 students, so please register at least 24 hours in advance by contacting: Melissa – (570) 778-7968
💲 Pricing:
• Single Class: $14
• 5-Class Pass: $60
• 10-Class Pass: $100
(Passes can be used at any of Melissa’s classes.)
