Practice your yoga near Birch Pond on the School of Environmental Studies campus. All are welcome! Receive the benefits of a natural setting, while creating a calm mind and body including breath work, sitting, standing, and balance poses, as well as meditation. Build a practice of learning to trust and enjoy the movement of your body. Dress in comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
Register for the whole session or as a drop-in. Drop-ins must register for each day they attend. The drop-in rate is $15 per day adults and $5 per day for students.
