Relax Mind & Body is joining with Autumn Lake Winery forYoga at Autumn Lake Summer Series:
Kicking off the summer series this Memorial Day weekend with Yoga and Wine by the Lake.
Join Relax Mind & Body for an all level yoga class that is suited for everyone from beginner to experienced with amazing scenery of the lake and vineyard; followed by a glass of your choice Autumn Lake's wine included in the price of the class.
There will be music and food trucks at the winery as well (food truck is not included in the price of the class)
Grab some friends or join us and make new ones and rejuvenate and relax with beautiful views, wine, food and music.
