Finding Normal and Gayla Downey (RYT-200) firmly believe that yoga is for every body! This gentle yoga flow is designed to meet you where you are, no matter what your shape or size. The use of props allows us to move through yoga postures with more easy and comfort, and by inviting your body to move as little or as much as you like, you can build a practice of compassion. This class is for any skill level, no experience necessary. Ages 16+
