• Pranayama & Guided Meditation: A group pranayama & meditation session designed for rapid progress towards spiritual growth.
• A vegetarian lunch will be included for all attendees at 12:00 PM, after the program completion.

• Arrival: Please arrive between 8:45 & 8:55 AM for check-in; we will begin promptly at 9:00 AM
