Yoga Arm Balance & Inversion Foundations | LX Portal Yoga

Join us for a fun and accessible workshop exploring the foundations of arm balances and inversions.

We’ll work on strength, alignment, confidence and technique through poses such as Crow Pose, Side Crow and Forearm Stand. A solid base for anyone new to these postures, as well as a great opportunity to revisit and refine the fundamentals.
