Step into a soulful space where movement meets meaning. In this unique yoga workshop, we’ll explore the deep connections between body, breath, and language. Guided by the wisdom of the Yoga Sutras, our own creativity and the beauty of poetry and literature, we’ll flow through dynamic yoga sequences that awaken creativity and cultivate connection within ourselves and with each other.
Together we’ll move, read, reflect on poetry and literature that feels profound and magical to us. We’ll use this to find our own creativity in either journaling from the heart or writing our own poetry/ meaningful words. The resonance of crystal singing bowls will help carry us into quiet inspiration. Whether you’re moved to share your writing or simply soak in the experience, this is a space where all voices are welcome, and silence is sacred too.
