When you pair wine and yoga together you get a few things—fun, reduced anxiety, and a more relaxed body. It’s well-known that wine relaxes the body and the mind. And we all know the same can be said about restorative yoga. When you pair sipping wine with practicing asanas, you’ll put the body into an even deeper state of relaxation.About this class:
We are going to take things little deeper in this class.
We are going to offer 7 wine and yoga classes over the next few months, each pairing a wine with a specific chakra.
This first class will focus on our Root chakra “Muladhara” , and paired with a deep Red wine. Helping us bring attention and connection to our deep earthy qualities, our sense of security and belonging.
So, sip, relax, learn, feel, breathe, enjoy!
