🌟 YOGA & WELLNESS FOR KIDS |A Weekly Class for Emotional & Physical Well-Being 🌟

Give your child the tools to manage emotions, build confidence, and develop self-awareness, all through movement, mindfulness, and fun!
This class is designed for children of all ages and abilities to move, breathe, and self-regulate in a safe, engaging, and play-based environment.
Led by Kotte Aguilar, a well-respected trauma-informed yoga educator with over a decade of experience working with children, youth, and diverse needs, these sessions provide more than just movement, they offer lifelong skills for emotional and mental well-being.

✔ Mindful movement & play to encourage emotional expression
✔ Confidence-building activities that support focus & resilience
✔ A warm, welcoming space where all children feel supported

📍 Being Studio – 6 Elgin street, Christchurch
💰 $16 per session OR 4-class pass for $60
