Join Lauren and Anne for a day of yoga and sound healing, lunch, cakes (of course) and chats. An invitation to create space and calm in body and mind. Refresh the senses, with a day to nourish YOU 🏵️
Anne will be guiding us in a gentle hatha yoga practise, breathwork and meditation. The physical 'asana' practise can be adapted and modified for all abilities. Both Anne and Lauren are passionate that yoga is for EVERY BODY... So if you're a newbie or don't think of yourself as 'a yogi' then you are most welcome ☺️
After a tasty homemade lunch and nibbles we will get cosy for an afternoon sound bath. Lauren will begin with a yoga nidra practise (a meditation for deep rest) to guide you into an hour of soothing sounds... Using the gongs, crystal singing bowls and chimes. The vibrations and frequencies supporting you to access a place of deep rest where mind and body can heal and restore.

Refund policy: If you need to cancel we require 1 weeks notice to offer a 50% refund. No refund will be given on cancellations with less than 7 days notice.

Lunch, snacks and drinks provided.
Mats, bolsters and blocks provided.
Please bring a pillow and blanket to get cosy for the Soundbath and anything else you feel you need to be comfortable for the day.
Free parking available on site, but is shared with other businesses so can get busy. Please arrive in plenty of time to find parking and we will have tea and nibbles ready for your arrival so everyone can settle into the space before we begin.
