Imagine your body and mind feel a bit like a phone that’s nearly out of battery. ⚡️ Our Yoga & Soundbath is like plugging yourself in for a full recharge.For the first part, you’ll move gently through yoga. Don’t worry if you’re not flexible — it’s just simple stretches and breathing to help your body loosen up and your mind slow down. 🧘♀️
Then, you’ll lie down in a cosy space while we play crystal bowls, chimes, and calming sounds. These vibrations help your body relax so deeply that your brain switches into “rest mode.” It’s like pressing reset on stress, tiredness, and worry. 🎶
You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and refreshed — like you’ve just had the best nap, without actually sleeping.
