Altar Society is hosting a three series Spring yoga workshop instructed by Reika Shucart and soundbath provided by Carlos Militante. Each session is themed around the Earth and the moon. Relax and mediate with the talents of Reika and Carlos then come downstairs and enjoy our brewery and cafe to fuel your body. In appreciation for your participation in our yoga workshops, you will receive 20% off your order that day in the brewery or cafe with your purchase of a ticket. The workshops will be held on the second floor of Altar in our event space on Sunday, March 16th (11-12:15 pm), Sunday April 6th (11- 12:15 pm), and May 11th (11 - 12:15 p.m.). Tickets are available for individual workshops or discounts for purchasing more than one workshop at a time. We hope to see you there.

The May full moon is called the "Flower Moon" because it's when everything is in bloom. A great time for a manifestation-focused workshop.
