Join us for our monthly Yoga & Sound Immersion! This is such a beautiful collaboration with my dear friend @embrace.wellness.llc and has become a sacred anchor point for many students (and us as well!) Each month we will guide you through a themed ritual of breathe-work, meditation, gentle movement and restorative yoga, sound healing with crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain drum, gong, and more. We are very intentional and quite aligned in our themed offerings. Join us the last Wednesday of each month 6:30-8:00pm. Class is $30. Space is limited.
