Join us for a deeply restorative evening that blends movement, sound, and ritual. We’ll begin with 30 minutes of intentional yoga led by Canaan, guiding the body into ease and presence. Once we are gently settled into shavasana, Cory will carry us into 30 minutes of immersive sound healing, allowing vibrations to support release and energetic alignment.Cacao will be available at the beginning or end of class, offering a heart-opening option to enhance both physical and energetic flow. This experience is designed to leave you grounded, renewed, and connected.
