Yoga & Sound for Your Pelvic Floor-Movement & Sound Healing!

This event is sponsored by Pelvic Floor Therapy South Florida and Dr. Krisa Gattas. The yoga and sound bowl meditation will be led by Katie Doyle a certified yoga and meditation instructor, sound healer, and holistic health coach. Katie owns Bloomburst which is a full-service boutique wellness company.

Katie will lead participants through a gentle, yet effective yoga practice designed to calm the mind and relax the body by releasing the pelvic floor muscles. The end of the practice will feature a sound bowl meditation experience for ultimate relaxation. There is no prior yoga or meditation experience needed and all levels are welcome (and encouraged to join!).

Dr. Krisia Gattas is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic floor dysfunction and my pelvic floor therapist. She is the owner of Pelvic Therapy South Florida in Miami, FL. Specializing in pelvic floor dysfunction, cancer rehabilitation and orthopedic conditions. She has a passion for the pregnant and postpartum population, as well as persons with pelvic dysfunction and persons who have undergone cancer treatment. She became passionate about pelvic floor rehab during one of her clinical placements and has pursued learning and practicing pelvic rehab ever since!
