Beginner’s Yoga + Sound Bowl Healing
with Mindy Speer
This gentle beginner-friendly yoga class is designed for all levels, especially those who are brand new to yoga or looking for a simple, relaxing practice with no pressure and no long-term commitment. Mindy Speer will guide you through easy, accessible movements focused on gentle stretching, breath, and relaxation—perfect for easing stress, calming the mind, and reconnecting with your body.
As a special bonus, the class will end with a sound bowl healing experience, allowing you to fully relax and soak in the soothing vibrations that help restore balance, clarity, and inner peace. This combination of gentle movement and sound healing creates a deeply grounding and nurturing experience.

You may bring your own yoga mat, or one will be provided for you.
