The night begins with a gentle yoga session from 6:30–7:15 PM, designed to help you unwind and ground your body. Immediately after, immerse yourself in a calming sound bath from 7:15–8:00 PM, featuring soothing vibrations that promote deep rest and stress relief. This peaceful experience is perfect for restoring your mind, body, and spirit.
We recommend bringing your own yoga mat and blanket and maybe a pillow as the sound bath involves lying still, so you want to be comfortable. Complimentary mats will be available for use during the event.
