Join us for a unique and deeply restorative Yoga by Torch Hot Yoga & Sound Bath in Hammocks experience at Omaya Studio.

This session begins with a gentle yoga practice to awaken the body, release tension, and connect with your breath. You will then transition into a soothing sound bath in hammocks, where you’ll be gently supported as calming vibrations guide you into deep relaxation.
