Step into a sacred space of stillness and sound with our Yoga & Sound Bath journey at the Westminster Family Fitness Center with Tracy & Becca on Sun. 9/21 10:30-11:45a in the Barre Studio! In this unique offering, yoga poses are paired with the healing frequencies of a live Sound Bath, allowing you to sink deeper into each pose while being gently enveloped by the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. As you hold each pose, the sound supports your energetic release and encourages profound relaxation from within. This immersive experience culminates in an extended Savasana, where you’ll be completely supported in stillness, allowing the sound to settle through your entire being—leaving you feeling balanced, nurtured, and renewed. All levels are welcome to this deeply meditative experience designed to ground your body, calm your mind, and awaken your inner peace. No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. Bring a yoga mat, a cozy blanket, any pillow or bolster props you wish to use for extra support, a water bottle, and an eye mask - if you have one. Come as you are and leave as you wish to feel—restored, realigned, and radiant.Fee: $24 for Members/City Residents and $29 for Non-Members/Non-City Residents. Minimum age to participate is 18 years old.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds are given unless the spot can be filled by another participant. If the WFFC has to cancel, we will reschedule it or issue a refund.
