Join me for a wholesome weekend of yoga in a ‘state of the art’ property in an idyllic private location in the Derbyshire Dales.This is an opportunity to slow down the pace, connect with likeminded people, and return back to nature. The season of Autumn invites reflection, fresh perspective, change and transformation.
With a variety of yoga practices from dynamic to restorative (suitable for all), and meditative practices to help you slow down and reconnect back to yourself.
There will be plenty of free time to chill out or explore the breathtaking walks which are right on the doorstep.
With delicious meals and unlimited tea, coffee, snacks and fruit.
Stylish and luxury bedrooms with single beds, sleeping 2 or 3 people. All bedrooms are en-suite.
Arrive: Friday 3rd November from 3 pm.
Depart: Sunday 3rd November at 3 pm.
